DescriptionArkansas and Texas Land Company Broadside. One page partially printed, 7.25" x 12.25", New York, April 27, 1831, signed by trustees T. L. Ogden, Daniel Jackson, and Edward Curtis and clerk James S. Huggins. This document, marked as "No. 227," certifies that "John Enrico of New York is entitled to the right and benefit of One Sitio of Land more or less . . . situate in Texas, and included within the following boundaries." Enrico has signed on the verso. The Arkansas and Texas Land Company was replaced by the New Arkansas and Texas Land Company in 1833. Onionskin paper with smoothed folds. Very clean.
