In part: "We are pleased hereby to revoke the same and in lieu thereof We have thought fit to issue this Our Instructions to be observed henceforth... WE have thought it expedient that permission should be given to Vessels belonging to the Subjects of his Catholic Majesty having not more than one Deck to Trade between the Free Port established in the Island of Jamaica and also in the Bahama Islands and the Spanish Colonies in America..." Included are the goods that are approved to be traded: "Wool, Cotton Wool, Indigo, Cochineal, Drugs of all Sorts, Cocoa, Tobacco..." Lightly toned and in near fine condition.
