    First Declaration of Independence by the Province of Texas Printed in The Weekly Register. Vol. IV, No. 20. Baltimore: H. Niles, June 17, 1813. 8vo, 16 pages (numbered 313 through 328). The Declaration is printed on the left column of the first page. The first "Texas Revolution" ended as quickly as it began at the Battle of Medina, the bloodiest battle ever fought in Texas, in August 1813. Binding holes down the left edge. First page is detached; final page is separating. Scattered spots of foxing.
