During the 1962 World Series, stadium concessionaires offered their patrons simulated autographed baseballs.  For this Fall Classic, there were two, of course, the Yankees and the Giants.  The balls were unofficial, and each bore the "signatures" of 28 players.  (Needless to say, such balls stirred the imagination of unprincipled vendors.)  However, there was enjoyable merit to these novelties as the names indeed replicated each player's bona fide autograph.  They were impressively legible and the rosters dependably comprehensive.  The quality of these offered balls is EX-EX/MT with no flagrant damage to either, and the names of all are unblemished (except Berra which has a printing flaw).  Obviously, the full complement of major stars are included - Mays, McCovey, Cepeda, Maris, Berra, Ford and Mantle.  Please note: Due to the size and/or weight of this lot, additional shipping costs may apply.
