Includes acts creating Fayette County, giving the president authority to appoint notaries public, repealing or amending acts which incorporated the towns of San Antonio and Gonzales, granting land to veterans of the Texan Revolution, allowing the possession of half prizes captured by Schooners Invincible and Brutus, incorporating the Brazos and Galveston Rail Road, establishing Galveston County, better defining the duties of Sheriffs, appropriating money to purchase astronomical equipment, authorizing the president to raise of Corps of Cavalry for the protection of the southwestern frontier, et al. No wraps, but spine is still attached. Hand-stitched at the left edge. Moderate to heavy foxing throughout. Areas of waterstaining at the page edges.
