[Massachusetts Bay Colony] Acts and Laws, Passed by the Great and General court of Assembly of His Majesty's Province of the Massachusetts-Bay in New-England: Begun and held at Boston upon Wednesday the twenty-fifth Day of May 1748. Boston: S. Kneeland and T. Green, 1748. Twelve pages, 8.5" x 12.5". Extracted from a larger volume, the top quarter features the engraved arms of King George II below which is printed four acts regarding the "Supply of the Treasury," "granting unto His Majesty an Excise upon Wines and Spirits...," "Levying Soldiers," "continuing sundry Laws...expired or near expiring," and "enlisting the inhabitants...into his Majesty's Service for the Defence of Castle William..." Dark toning along the edges, which are untrimmed; foxing. Very good.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
