    [American Revolutionary War]. Major Joseph Watkins, C. O. & M Stores, Invoice for Military Stores. Three pages (of a bifolium), 10.75" x 17", Lebanon, [Pennsylvania]; August 17, 1778. An invoice compiled by Major Watkins of wagons with military stores. On page 3, there is recorded the following: "Received Lebanon August the 29th 1778 of Joseph Watkins Two Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Eight Musket Cartraiges [sic] which I promise to deliver to Major Saml. French G. M. Stores. W. Butler."

    Condition: Document has horizontal and vertical folds, weakness along middle horizontal fold with some separation; slight tears along edges. Overall fair condition.
