With complete disregard for his personal safety, he directed engineering projects vital to the fulfillment of the division's mission and by so doing helped bring complete and final defeat to the German Army. / "Harry Truman". The document features a large, bold Truman signature. There are pencil notations in Russian at the top right corner not affecting the text of the document. 3.)
