    Description

    WWII Japanese Army Officer's Sword With Signed Blade Sword measures 39 1/4" overall with a 26 1/4" signed blade with wavy temper line. Standard army officer's mounts with sharkskin covered grip and brown cloth wrapping. Metal lanyard ring with blue and brown officer's sword knot. Painted metal scabbard with single ring mount.

    Condition: Very good. Blade with scattered small areas of dark staining. Missing most of the seppa - washers. Grip exhibits minor wear. Grip peg absent. Scabbard displays areas of surface rust and a shallow dent at the lower end.
