    WWI Period Diverse U.S. Cavalry Lot. Comprising: 1.) Cavalry rank and specialist cloth sleeve insignia for a farrier, saddler, wagoner, horseshoer and stable sergeant rank insignia. All examples two-piece construction of felt on wool. 2.) Three period cavalry manuals: Cavalry Drill Regulations United States Army 1916; Manual for Stable Sergeants 1917 and Horsemanship and Horsemastership 1941. 3.) U.S. marked cavalry horse brush and two Rock Island Arsenal leather adapters for use for the Model 1905 bayonet scabbard, second type. 4.) Model 1908 experimental mess cup marked "U.S." and "R.I.A. / 1908".

    Condition: 1.) Excellent. 2.) Good. Shelf wear with some loose internal pages. 3.) Very good. 4.) Very good.
