Sure, We'll Finish the Job (Lot of 7). 38" x 26" Artist: Gerrit A. Beneker. Issued for the fifth and final Liberty Loan, known as the Victory Liberty Loan, this image incites the populus to give one last time to finish the job overseas. The man is drawn digging deep into his pockets to complete the war effort. A common poster in extant numbers, it is a very important piece as the man is depicted with several buttons and workman's garb. It shows that the common working man helped in great quantities to support the war and ensure victory for the United States and its allies. Do not miss having this in your collection!

We had a wonderful time in New York during the October 2013 Historical Manuscripts auction that featured my mother’s papers collected during her tenure as Martin Luther King, Jr.’s secretary. In fact, the entire experience from beginning to end has been a pleasure.
