    Curtiss JN-4 "Jenny" Landing Gear Strut, Wing Tip Skid, Cable Control and Curtiss Employee Badge. A wonderful group of items associated with Curtiss Aeroplane & Motorcar Company and the venerable JN-4 "Jenny" training aircraft. Includes: 1) Curtiss Aeroplane & Motor Company employee's badge. The oval, metal, pin-back badge measures approximately 1 ¾" x 1 ¼" and features an aeroplane in nose-down position with the employee number "7842" across the wing. Maker marked "Bastian Brothers, Rochester, N.Y." on the reverse. Excellent condition. 2) JN-4 landing gear "V" strut constructed of spruce with metal hardware. 3) Stabilizer or rudder control yoke. Wood with metal hardware. Curtiss company decal and part numbers stamped on the face of the yoke. 4) Lower wing tip skid. Wood with cloth wrapping and metal hardware.
