    Two WWII Aviation Related Prints: Jimmy Doolittle Limited Edition Print and Enola Gay Print Signed by Paul Tibbets. An exceptional lot of two prints, the subjects of which were instrumental in winning the war in the Pacific. (1) A beautiful numbered print of Paul Calle's graphite pencil drawing of Jimmy Doolittle, measuring 19" x 29", and signed by both Calle and Jimmy Doolittle along the lower edge. The print is hand-numbered 552 of 1000 and laid-in to a large paper portfolio as issued. This print was originally issued by the National Air and Space Museum of the Smithsonian Institution to raise funds for the Charles A. Lindbergh Memorial Fund. This striking, large print is in excellent condition. (2) A color illustration of the B-29 Enola Gay moments after it dropped the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima entitled "Atomic Warfare is Born" by Harley Copic and signed by the Enola Gay's pilot, Paul W. Tibbets just beneath the image. The print is in excellent condition.
