Long-playing "Microgroove" phonograph record of the "Address of General of the Army Douglas MacArthur Before the Congress of the United States April 19, 1951."  Manufactured by Mercury Records and given away by the "Chicago Tribune and WGN as a Public Service."  Housed in original inner and outer sleeves.  This was the famous "Old soldier never die..." speech given before Congress after his dismissal by Truman.  Excellent.
