Excellent lock and breech markings, lock marked S.North, U.S. flanking eagle, Midln. Con." tight crisp action, bushed touch hole. Wood very good with sharp edges, clear cartouches, scattered small dents and scratches. Ram rod is a replacement. A very nice example of this important US military handgun.
