Pair of All Steel 18th Century Scottish F/L Belt Pistols. Guns overall in about mint condition, incredibly crisp, with just a couple of tiny spots of salt and peppering, else smooth and clean. 8¾" overall with 4¾" .55 caliber round barrels that terminate in a 1" octagonal flared section. All surfaces covered with geometric/scroll engraving, very sharp. Mechanically perfect with 3½" unengraved steel belt hooks. Signed on the locks "T. Murdoch". An exquisite pair of somewhat diminutive Scottish pistols in remarkable condition, showing absolutely no repair or restoration.
