Post-war cabinet card by Tipton showing Jubal Early's extortion/demand letter to the town of Gettysburg and the town official's June 26, 1863 reply. Sold together with eleven CDVs in varying condition. Subjects include: "General Wright/ Lost on Brother Jonathan", unknown general, O. O. Howard, General Q. A. Gilmore, Phil Sheridan by Anthony/Brady, Major General Rousseau, :Gen. Deitzler of Kansas", unknown admiral, Admiral Buchanan by Anthony/Brady, Commodore Foote by Bigelow of New York and a Brady carte signed "Joe W.
