    Lot of WWI Imperial German Aviation Related Insignia. Comprising: 1) Lieutenant Generals' shoulder board with single gold pip and gilt winged-propeller device. Intertwined gold and silver cord on a red wool background. Very good condition. 2) Pair of German airship officers' shoulder boards. Narrow boards with silver wire cord accented with red chevrons. Black velour backings with long brass hooks for mounting. Each fitted with a gilt crown and "L" cypher. Very good. 3) 1914 Iron Cross Second Class with metal eagle device on the ribbon. Sold with a two place and three place ribbon bar. 4) Patriotic stickpin, stamped metal featuring a monoplane over a shield embossed with "Flieger" and a flaming grenade charm suspended from the shield. Very good. 5) Manfred von Richthofen commemorative silver medallion, 37mm, with a raised bust of the famed "Red Baron" on the obverse and captioned "Der Rote Kampf Flieger" on the reverse.
