General Crook orders pay for "Troops in the field including Indian Scouts, and 10th US Cavalry troops (Buffalo Soldiers) A-H, listed at various locales including "Ash Springs, Cave Canon, Bisbee Canon, Mowry Mine", signed by Crook's aagt. Also red stamp Maj. F. M. Coxe Jan 4, 1886. Pay dept. U. S. A. Measures approximately 8" x 11".Condition: Very fine, light color discoloration bottom middle.
