    Description

    Two Model 1881 Spike Helmets. Both are Model 1881 New York National Guard helmets with added US Army hardware. The first cork body with broken front visor, minor mothing on the back, set up with US Army Artillery insignia which is in excellent condition, red cords are Model 1902 breast cords. Second with an unbroken cork body, mothed black wool covering, no sweat band. Cavalry insignia is in excellent condition. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg.
