Description
Miller Model 1861 .58 Caliber Conversion RifleUnserialized, approximately .60 caliber, 31 1/4-inch barrel with fixed front sight and folding rear sight. Lock marked: PARKER'S SNOW & CO. MERIDEN CONN. Dated 1864. Smooth walnut full body stock with two barrel bands, sling swivels and ramrod. US marked steel buttplate.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a mottled grey patina with wear and pitting. Wood showing noticeable scuffs, dings and bruises. Action good.
