    Group of Three Confederate Tintypes.
Includes: hand-painted sixth plate tintype of a young seated soldier wearing a chasseur-style tunic and "riverboat gambler's style" hat (loss, as shown, but a compelling image), another hand-painted tintype showing a seated officer wearing a double-breasted 14-button frock coat (housed in an embossed paper case), plus a ninth plate hand-tinted tintype of a young conscript, housed in a detached embossed paper case. According to some old documentation, he was John Andrew Fuller, killed at Tupelo, Mississippi on July 14, 1864. Based on a postally-used envelope in the family papers, one of the unidentified officers might be Samuel P. Ridgway of Clarksville, Tennessee. He was briefly stationed in Boone, Kentucky with "Col. Tilghman's Camp Brigade".
