Group Of Six Spurs: Various Designs.
A fine collection of spurs including a private purchase pin and crimp heel spur with a screw in neck from the Moyer Collection. This spur is identical to the style used by Confederate General Turner Ashby. Also included is a Mexican brass spur dug at Cold Harbor, a private purchase spur with a stylized neck, a gilded US-3 spur, a Schuyler, Hartley and Graham trouser spur. Unusual in that instead of a high neck this example has a dip style neck. The last spur is a finely detailed Mexican or South American style spur stamped "England" behind the neck. Its a beautiful spur with decorations along the neck. From the Bob Baird Collection
