    Description

    Paintings: Pair of Victorian Military Paintings, watercolor and gouache on paper, each 6" x 8.5" (sight size), matted and framed to an overall size of 9.75" x 12.75". The two paintings each show two horsemen. The backgrounds appear to be Africa or India. The regiments are not identified. Each painting is signed with the monogram "JC" in red ink and is dated "1890". Fine paintings!
