    Fantastic WWI Medal Group: Purple Heart and Silver Star Named to Harry M. Hayes. Includes: (1) Purple Heart and ribbon, the medal is numbered 49025 on the edge and engraved "Harry M. Hayes" on the reverse. Excellent condition. (2) Silver Star, ribbon bar, and lapel button, medal numbered 7387, engraved "Harry M. Hayes" on the reverse and with a BBB maker's mark at the base of the suspension ring. Excellent condition. (3) French Croix de Guerre with three stars. Excellent condition. (4) Victory Medal with "Aisne-Marne", "St. Mihiel", "Meuse-Argonne" and "Defensive Sector" clasps. Excellent condition. A great group worthy of further research.
