    Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver. Serial no. 8825, .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with single-line New York address. Blued finish. Case-hardened lever, hammer and frame. Small silver-plated brass triggerguard and gripstrap assembly. Varnished walnut grips.

    Condition: Good as refinished. Retaining approximately 20-30% reblued finish on barrel with scattered wear and patina. Strong cylinder scene without finish. Traces of silvered case-hardening. Gripstrap assembly retaining approximately 30-40% silver finish with wear and mixed with brass patina. Grips with wear and bruises. Action tight and crisp. Estimate: $1,000 / 1,500
