    Description

Colt M1849 .31 Caliber Percussion Pocket Revolver #125668 Matching, Mfg. 1856. All metal smooth and clean. Five shot, two line New York address. Crisp markings, very good cylinder scene approx. 75%. Mechanically fine, excellent bore. Brass straps perfect, grips excellent although there appear to be two small filled holes at the bottom on the right side, very minor. The front sight is a nicely done period replacement. The gun is accompanied by its original holster which is quintessentially Confederate with single harrow stitched belt look, closed end, and flattened iron finial. The latch tab is partially torn and there is a small hole in the plug but overall excellent sound condition. Nice pocket model with a great original holster.
