    Very Fine Model 1843 Hall-North Breech-Loading .54 Caliber Percussion Carbine Showing little evidence of use, barrel retains 95% original lacquer brown with areas of dried grease and some small areas of rust on the front band and at muzzle, minor. Breechblock and hammer show traces of case colors. Lever and lever mechanism are bright blue with blue screws at the bright steel carbine bar. Trigger guard and butt plate with 90% original lacquer brown the screws with 50% blue. Excellent stock with 2 inspectors cartouches has sharp edges just a few minor scattered dents. Complete with bright steel ramrod. A very scarce gun in this superb condition.
