    Description

    Two Model 1860 Cavalry Sabers and One Model 1872 Cavalry Saber. As follows.
    (1) Blade marked "Henry Boker Solingen" at the ricasso, 34" blade is smooth and gray, edge sharpened. Leather grip and wire wrap intact. Very good brass guard. Cleaned steel scabbard exhibiting scattered light pitting.
    (2) Blade marked "U.S. J.C.W. 1865" on the obverse ricasso and light Ames markings on the reverse ricasso. Blade finish is mostly smooth and gray with areas of dark staining. Grip wrap and wire missing. Brass guard very good. Housed in a reproduction cast iron scabbard.
    (3) Model 1872 Cavalry Saber with a 33 1/4" mostly smooth and gray finish unmarked blade. Leather grip and wire are intact but the leather exhibits moderate wear. Brass guard bent at the front. Nickel plated steel scabbard exhibits areas of dark staining.
