    Three Images of Southern Partisans. These guys are interesting characters and are possibly Southern sympathizers or partisans. The lot includes: 1) Sixth plate hand-tinted ambrotype of a man wearing a high hat with a ribbon attached. 2) Ninth plate hand-tinted ambrotype of a man with peculiar lip hair, wearing a coarsely woven tunic, identified only as "Omon, a Confederate soldier", housed in an embossed leather frame with Lone Star design. 3) Ninth plate ambrotype of a man wearing a coarsely woven tunic, high hat and clutching what appears to be a club, identified only as "George H. Douglass Born January 30, 1838 Died November 18, 1904", housed in a thermoplastic case.
