    Description

Manhattan .36 Caliber "Navy Type' Percussion Revolver #9191. Gun generally smooth and gray with some traces of color on lever, frame and barrel. Cylinder with 50% scene and a few tiny dents along the front edge, minor. Matching numbers, although the trigger has an old well done repair to the front 1/8" of the extension, and no number visible. Mechanically fine, excellent nipples, fine bore and excellent markings. We believe the wedge and wedge screw to be correct modern replacements. Grips very good, with some wear to the bottom edge and one small chip at the bottom front corner on the left side, minor, retaining most of the original varnish. Brass straps clean and excellent with the exception of the noted repair. Nice representative example of this popular Civil War period revolver.
