    Group of Three Civil War Navy Reigart Relics. A piece of grape shot identified as "Shot fired from Farragut's Fleet in passing the Forts to New Orleans". Seated on cotton inside a period glass jar with zinc lid. A 5/8" X 3 3/4" X 3/16" thick piece of oak with ink manuscript lable "Farragut's Flag Ship the U. S. Frigate The Hartford" attached. Nice dark patina. A 2 3/4" X 5" X 1/2" thick piece of tongue and groove oak, nicely finished on one side with ink script paper lable on the reverse, "From the Cabin of U. S. Frigate Brooklyn - got on board JSR on Friday May 10, 1889 at Navy Yard, Brooklyn. The Brooklyn goes out of commission on Tues. 6 next, May 14, 1889" and signed by Reigart. Nice Civil War Naval grouping
