    Confederate Cedar Wood Canteen With Carved Dated 1862 Nice untouched classic Confederate cedar wood canteen that is 2 1/8" thick with a 7 1/4" diameter. Riveted iron hoops and three tin sling loops. The face of the canteen on both sides exhibits a slightly domed surface. The dated "1862" is carved on one side. Missing its spout. Canteen otherwise in excellent condition with deep patina.
