    [Sultana Survivors]: Flag and Reunion Ribbon. 1) 45" x 28" cotton & wool 48-star flag inscribed "G.A.R./ Cooper Post 117/ Marion Ohio". Rip on the top red stripe. 11.5" repaired tear on the bottom white stripe. Toning and light damp stains. A 1911 roster of the G.A.R. indicates that William Fies, a Sultana survivor, was Post Commander of Cooper Post No. 117. 2) 2.5" x 6.5" red silk ribbon, gold-stamped: "Delegate/ 20th Annual/ Encampment/ L.A.S.S.V./ U.S.A./ Allentown, Pa./ June 16, 17, 18,/ 1903."
