    Abraham Lincoln: Autograph Album. 5" x 7 1/2" leather autograph album containing 195 signatures of members of the executive and legislative branch during Lincoln's administration, compiled in 1864-1865 and autographed on the fronts only of 71 leaves. Contains: A. Lincoln (signed on the first page of the album), U. S. Grant, James A. Garfield, Simon Cameron, Edwin Stanton, William Seward, Hannibal Hamlin, John P. Usher, James Harlan, Salmon Chase, Gideon Welles, Edward Bates, Montgomery Blair, Schuyler Colfax, Henry Wilson, Thaddeus Stevens, John Todd Stuart (Lincoln's law partner) and many others. Inscribed in front: "Presented to M. W. Perkins by his friend Wm. S. Erwin". Front cover appears to have become detached in the distant past and has been neatly repaired. Generally in excellent condition. A very desirable album.
