    *20 Gauge Parker CHE Double Barrel Shotgun. Serial no. 203279. 20 gauge. 25 7/8-inch barrels with matted concave rib. Rib with Parker Brothers, Makers, Meriden, Conn. Acme Steel with double white beads. Casehardened number 0 action engraved with chain border, foliate scroll and game scenes: pointer and setter on sides and setter flushing a bird in a meadow. Ejectors. Automatic safety. Parker single selective trigger. Finely checkered replacement pistolgrip stock of figured walnut. Skeleton buttplate. Vacant silver oval. Drop points. Finely checkered replacement beavertail fore-end with modified fore-end iron for pull rod. Note: The Parker Identification and Serialization Book states that this gun was a CHE and had 32-inch Acme steel barrels, ejectors, splinter fore-end. Data: Barrel Dimensions: Bores: 0.633/0.634 inches. Chokes: 0.010/0.010 inches (Improved Cylinder). Chambers: 2 5/8 inches. Minimum wall thickness: 0.020 inches. Stock Dimensions: Pull: 14 1/4 inches. Drop at comb: 1 1/2 inches. Drop at heel: 2 1/8 inches. Cast: none. Weight: 6 pounds, 13 ounces.
    Condition: Excellent, as redone. Showing limited use since being rebuilt. Barrels show 99% reblued finish. 1 1/2 inch piece of rib nicely spliced and pinned at breech end. Excellent bright bores. Action and fore-end iron and furniture show 99% dark case colors. Triggerguard and skeleton butt show 99% reblued finish. Replacement stock shows a very small nick at toe.
