    Description

    Oval Ohio Volunteer Militia Belt Plate Dug at Corinth.
    88 mm x 50 mm brass plate with raised letters reading "OVM" within a plain rim. Lead-filled back with puppy paw hook and single prong. Found by relic hunter Brant Arnold on the Corinth battlefield and pictured in a 2012 issue of "North South Trader's Civil War" on page 50 (magazine included).
