    Description

    Exceptional Late 19th Century Austrian Officers' Dress Belt Pouch. Measuring approximately 6" x 3½" with German silver front flap trimmed in gilded metal. A large and detailed gilt Austrian eagle with Franz Joseph I cipher is mounted to the front via lugs and a wire loop. The ends of the pouch are made of German silver and are embossed floral decoration and panoplies of arms. The back side of the pouch and flap are lined with red morocco and all mounting straps and buckles are present. Other than a few shallow dents on the front flap, it is in excellent condition.
