    Late 19th or Early 20th Century U.S. Navy Ensign Coatee and Sword Belt.
    Comprising: 1.) Fine quality navy blue wool coatee, double breasted with two rows of nine English-made Joseph Starkey of London buttons. All buttons present on the tail. 1 1/2-inch tall collar with ensign's bullion anchors and gold tape trim. Bullion Ensign star and single gold tape ring on each cuff. Quilted, polished cotton lining. No maker's marks. 2.) Naval officers' leather sword belt and gilt waist belt plate. No maker or size mark visible.

    Condition: 1.) Good. Dirty with a few scattered moth holes. Lacking epaulettes. Polished cotton lining tattered. 2.) Very good.
