Large Lot of Imperial German Spiked Helmet Parts.

A great opportunity to acquire the bits and pieces necessary to restore those lingering spiked helmet restoration projects. Including in the lot are Prussian enlisted plates - two that are gilded-brass (the mounting threaded posts are damaged on the reverse of one example) and one wartime gray; a gilded-brass W├╝rttemberg example which for some inexplicable reason has slits cut on either side of the shield; and a wartime gray Baden plate. Additionally there are six Reichs, one Prussian, and an unidentified blue and gold cockade. There are four enlisted spikes on bases (two gilded-brass and two wartime gray) and two bases without spikes. Finally, there are four M91 chinstrap hooks and some incidental pits and pieces.

Condition: All parts generally in good to very good condition. From the collection of J.T. Hamrick, M.D.
