Exceptional Victorian Era Royal Scots Full Dress Sword Belt and Buckle. A 2" wide belt with red morocco leather backing and gold lace facing with repetitive thistle designs. The gilded-brass buckle measures approximately 3" x 2 ¼" and is slightly convex, beveled at the edges and checkered on the face. A silvered star of the Order of the Thistle atop a gilt wreath of thistles surmounted by a Queen's crown is mounted to the buckle body via lugs and hook. The regiment's motto "NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT" appears in a border around the thistle. The belt is complete with keeper and size adjustment slider. A beautiful rig in excellent condition..

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
