DescriptionPersian Mace, Circa 18th Century. Measuring 30-inches long overall. Featuring a formidable spiked head measuring approximately 4 ¾-inches in diameter to the end of the spikes with an additional 3 ½-inch long spike emanating from the top of the head from a floral base. The entire mace is lightly decorated with etching in the Persian style.
Condition: Very good. One spike (of the original 12) seems to have fallen into the hollow of the head and can be heard rattling around. The entire mace displays an overall dark patina.
