    Description

    European War Hammer.

    Approximately 26 1/4-inches overall and 6 1/4-inches from tip of blade to face of four [4] prong hammer. Of typical weapon form, iron composition with wooden shaft/handle. 2 1/2-inch triangular spike and iron pommel cap with roped/pierced pattern. Fitted with a smooth transitional square handle/shaft overall with rivets. Modestly decorated elements adorn the outlines of the overall weapon. Approximate weight is 1-pound, 8-ounces.

    Very good as configured. An overall dark gray patina adorns the metal components. Some surface rust, pitting and imperfections present. Wooden features with moderate wear, bruising and worm holes [wood possibly replaced].
