    [Robert E. Lee]. Official Army Register for 1832. Adjutant General's Office, Washington: F. P. Blair, January 1832. 35pp. 5" x 7.75". Robert E. Lee is listed as a graduate of the Military Academy and is ranked fourth (page 24). Fellow future Confederate General John Magruder is also listed, and is ranked 33rd. Other noted officers of the Mexican War are listed elsewhere in the imprint, including: Winfield Scott, John E. Wool, George Talcott, and future president Zachary Taylor. Interior pages are very clean, original wrappers exhibit toning with areas of chipping along the spine. Original owner's signature on top wrap reads, "Lieut H.E. Prentiss / 2 Art."
