    Description

    U.S. Remington Model 1917 Bolt Action Rifle. Serial no. 552078, .30-06 caliber, 26-inch barrel with standard military sights. Blued finish. Barrel dated: 9-18. Various U.S. proof marks. Smooth walnut stock with grasping grooves, sling swivels and leather shoulder sling. Metal buttplate with cleaning tool reservoir.

    Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 60-70% finish with signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Wood showing scuffs, dings and bruising. Noticeable wood loss to top of each side of forearm. No cleaning tools present. Action crisp. Lightly pitted bore. Leather displaying some discoloring and cracking.
