    Winchester Model 1885 High Wall Schuetzen Rifle.
    Serial no. 63030, 32-40 caliber, 30-inch octagonal barrel with front and rear sight. Adjustable tang sight present also. No. 3 barrel, fore-end marked 3 inside also. Blued finish with case-hardened frame. Schuetzen stock. Manufactured in 1893. Cody Firearms Records Office search confirms shipping as a Rifle, 32/40, Octagonal barrel, #3 barrel and Plain trigger.

    Condition. Good to very good as configured. Retaining approximately 30-40% of a blue/brown finish on touched up barrel. Light bubbling present towards muzzle. 25-35% case colors on frame. Stocks with numerous repairs, holes and mars. Old revarnish present to wood. Schuetzen configuration added later. Mold present to wood and metal from storage. Marred and replaced screws. Action good. Bore ok.
