    Lot of Two Rolling Block Rifles.
    Comprising: 1.) Whitneyville Armory Rolling Block Rifle. Serial no. 6147 [lower tang and barrel under fore-end], .44 caliber, 30-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and rear folding sight. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Metal buttplate. 2.) Remington Rolling Block Rifle. Serial no. 71239, .32 caliber (32 stamped to under side of barrel), 23 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Metal buttplate.

    Condition: 1.) Fair to good. Dark grey patina with heavy wear and pitting present. Replaced and marred screws. Scattered scuffs and dings to wood. Mold residue to metal and wood due to storage. Action good. Dark bore. 2.) Good. Retaining approximately 40-50% of a thinning finish to barrel and traces of case-hardening to receiver. Scattered wear and pitting. Marred screws. Scuffs and dings present to wood. Action good. Dark bore.
