U.S. Springfield M-1 Garand Semi-Automatic Rifle. Serial no. 6099173, .30 caliber, 24-inch barrel. Phosphate finish. Select grade walnut stock with Department of Defense acceptance stamp 3-star/ eagle cartouche at left side of wrist. P-proof in wood forward of pistol grip. Under slide is marked: SAF6535448 5 56 A227B/ [3 stars/eagle]. Cleaning kit present.Condition: Fine. Retaining approximately 90-94% original finish. Light handling wear. Stock: Excellent. Light soiling. Mirror bright bore.
