    U.S. M-1 Carbine Manufactured by Inland Manufacturing Division. Serial No. 5506231, .30 M-1 Carbine caliber, 18-inch Inland marked barrel with standard front sights and adjustable rear sight. Barrel dated 9-44. Parkerized finish. Walnut pistol-grip low-wood stock with checkered metal buttplate. Front band with sling mount and bayonet lug. Round bolt. Stock with ordnance proof but no firing proofs. Green web military sling and oiler. Civilian Marksmanship Program rifle complete with certificate of authenticity and the original invoice. Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 85-90% military finish with modest wear to the metal. Stock with a few small gouges and scratches. Lacking magazine. Bright bore.
