    U.S. Inland M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine with Department of the Army Letter.
    Serial no. 5050971, .30 caliber, 18-inch barrel with standard military front sight and folding rear peep sight. Parkerized finish. Flat bolt. Barrel stamped: INLAND MFG. DIV. / GENERAL MOTORS / 3 - 44. Walnut pistolgrip stock with sling swivel, oval cut oiler and canvas shoulder sling. Ordnance wheel and crossed cannons cartouche present on right side of stock. Checkered metal buttplate. Sold along with Department of Army letter dated July 21, 1993 that explains that the M1 was sold to Charles Sperazz, Jr. of California in July of 1963.

    Condition: Excellent. Overall showing minor handling wear. Scattered scuffs and dings present to wood. Magazine absent. Action crisp. Mirror bright bore.
